End-Consumer Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how you may use and rely on the SMS features and missed call workflows operated by BookedUp AI Systems.
1. Scope of these terms
BookedUp AI Systems ("we", "us") provides AI-powered missed call workflows, SMS features, and related services. These terms apply when you receive SMS messages or interact with a workflow that we operate, whether you are contacting a business that uses our services or responding directly to communications we send.
2. Our role
We are a technology and service provider. We operate SMS and workflow functionality that helps connect you with businesses, respond to missed calls, and coordinate bookings. Unless we clearly state otherwise, we do not provide the underlying products or services you may discuss, book, or purchase through a workflow. Any agreement for goods or services is typically between you and the business you are communicating with, not BookedUp AI Systems.
3. Use of the workflows and SMS features
By continuing a conversation with one of our workflows or SMS features, you agree that:
- You will only use the workflow or SMS features in a lawful, respectful manner.
- You will not attempt to misuse the workflow (for example by sending abusive, fraudulent, or automated messages).
- You understand that some responses are generated automatically based on information and rules we configure, which may include information provided by businesses that use our services.
4. Accuracy of information
We configure our workflows and SMS features using information we maintain and, where applicable, information provided by businesses that use our services. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every automated response will be complete, current, or error-free. For important decisions (for example, medical, financial, or safety-related matters), you should always confirm key details directly with a qualified professional or with the business you are communicating with.
5. No guarantee of availability
We strive to keep the workflows available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Network issues, provider outages, or technical problems may occasionally interrupt or delay messages or bookings.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of a workflow, or from your relationship with the business you contacted. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your information when you interact with a workflow is described in our End-Consumer Privacy Policy. The business you contacted may have additional privacy terms that apply.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of a workflow after terms change indicates that you accept the updated terms.
